I received a Shop-vac as a gift from a friend from out of state. When I opened the box there was a part missing. I called the customer service line and told the rep what I was missing. He asked me for my model no., name and address and said it would be sent out by Fed Ex.
No hassles, the man was very professional and courteous, and it took less than 5 minutes of my time. (I wish the cable co. was like that!!)
