Dawn Wing - excellence in customer feedback
I would like to thank three members of Dawn Wing for their excellence in customer feedback and support.
I won a Sony Bravia Television from McDonald’s and expexted Dawn wing to phone me the day before delivery. Thursday on my way to a client someone from Dawn Wing phoned me and said they were in at my house. I was not at home, because I did not know my package was on its way. I phoned someone from Dawn Wing on Friday to ask them if they could deliver the parcel that very day. Although their was no way I could get the parcel on Friday, I was promised to get it on Saturday. Saturday about 10:00 I phoned Dawn Wing to know where my parcel is, and was told no one informed them that my Parcel was on its way. I was very upset because I was excited about my parcel. Zarina, Abbey and Justin Helped me detect my parcel despite in which mood I was in, and got it the very same day. They kept calm and helped me get my parcel quickly. I am very impressed by their level of professionalism, and their ability to help customers in a flash. They are always friendly when they picked up the calls and are problem solvers.
So I thank the three of them, and they made my day.
