When deciding to redesign our website, we contacted many firms – those that worked exclusively with nonprofits, and others whose work we liked. The decision turned out to be an extremely easy one to make after we met with e-angel, a company combining social responsibility with effective practices and an in-depth understanding of the potential of technology. Our new website has dramatically changed our means of distributing information and sharing resources. Not only do we have numerous tools to work with, but also the capability to change the structure and content of our site as often as needed to keep our resources up-to-date and our information accessible. The number of monthly hits that our website receives, compared to our previous site, has increased on average 20 fold.
It is not just the construction of our site that has cemented our faith in e-angel. e-angel’s technology coaching has been one of the most valuable investments that our organization has made. Learning the ins and outs of the site did not take long; the importance of the coaching lay in learning how to use the tools we have to effect change in the way we operate, as well as the way our organization interacts with other organizations and partners. The potential of our organization to reach out and connect with others is now only limited by the amount of time in our days. Our experience with e-angel has been wonderful throughout, and we are confident that we have a strong ally and supporter in the technology field.
