Our house was ready to have work done on our Septic Tank. Due to heavy rains we did not know if the sprinkler system was out or if the tank needed to be pumped or if the pump had broken. Home Warranty of America took my online service request. The initial technician company was so busy they did not call me or assist in any way. I called HWA and they looked for another tech. Who took care of the problem and was a great help. He gave us lots of pointers on maintaining our septic system.

I think that everything wrote was very reasonable. But, consider this, suppose you added a little information? I am not saying your content is not good., but what if you added a title to maybe get a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little boring. You could look at Yahoo's front page and note how they write article headlines to grab people interested. You might add a related video or a pic or two to get readers excited about what you've written. Just my opinion, it could make your website a little bit more interesting.
