I love this service I have owned 3 homes and have had this policy on all of them, but never used it until now. I guess i was discouraged by having to call and make an appointment and then always having to pay the service fee of $100. Once I activated the service I tried the online service request and I became an instant fan, I will always renew my contract no matter what, it is so worth it, and gives me piece of mind.
