I have owned a beautiful Filofax organizer for several years now. I take my Filofax with me everywhere I go, and I constantly refer to it throughout my busy days. Honestly, it's like my best friend. Well, I was scanning their USA website yesterday and I found a new Filofax that I wanted to purchase. While placing my order I had a few questions that I needed to get answered. I called their 800 number and spoke to the most wonderful person named Tony. Tony was very patient and pleasant and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He even called a store in New York for me in order to help me to track down a discontinued accessory. I can't tell you enough how nice it was to speak to someone so pleasant.
