The event was a great success for us; the web chat in particular was much busier than we expected and we gained some great feedback in terms of what graduates are looking for, their expectations and any queries they might have regarding our graduate trainee vacancies. This is something that we would not normally have gained from simply placing on-line adverts and was much appreciated. In addition we received a number of applications for the vacancies we advertised and approximately 8 very high quality applications. We have used Prospects successfully in the past; and the virtual fair confirmed our faith in Prospects to continue to provide us with highly skilled, motivated graduate candidates.
