One thing I've noticed is the fact that there are pltney of myths regarding the banks intentions any time talking about home foreclosure. One misconception in particular is that often the bank wishes to have your house. The financial institution wants your money, not your property. They want the amount of money they lent you with interest. Avoiding the bank will draw the foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your posting.
