Although I've been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years, I was ready to cancel my service due to a rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate customer agent. It was unbelievable how customer service has deteriorated. BUT even though there are those agents who do not care, there are those who do care about their customers. One agent, Viola, was the only reason why I stayed on with T-Mobile. She rectified my problem and went over and beyond so that she can give me satisfaction. Because of her, I stayed.
There should be more "Violas" out in the customer service world. I am in the customer service field and I never once make my customers feel as if there is nothing I can do. That's why it's called customer service. Whether it be internal or external customers, one should always give the best with a cheerful and candid attitude.
