Depending on what your reasons are for visiting a school for internal martial arts, I can recommend this one for many reasons. You can simply improve your health, and maybe expand your life possibilities and potential by doing the work, Roy Jenzen is lecturing. I've done it for several years now and must say, that most of my physical problems (mainly pain in the back) is gone just after a few series of serious work.
As a former 'inner-door' student ('nei men tudi') having met some of the last old Masters ('lao shih-fu') in Beijing between 1985 - 88 he teaches the direct lineage practicing of the Chinese 'internal' martial system of 'Xingyi chuan' (7th. generation), and also of the 'Bagua zhang' system (4th. generation) to students around the world with passion. Basis of all that knowledge is QiGong practise which helps a lot in understanding the healthy, as well as aspects of martial arts.
If, however, you want to go even more deeply into the Daoist work and enter into the more demanding martial arts side of things, then it is also a good idea to keep up with Roy Jenzen's school, but you'd then have to do some kind of daily practise.
