I would like to take this time out to thank Rapid Recovery Solution, Inc. for collecting on some really old balances that were owed to our company. My company had reached an all time low and we had absolutely no revenue coming in. I own a shipping company which has a very small spread to capture revenue. Many of my clients were delinquent and they were not paying. They didn't even have the decency to return our phone calls. I turned to Rapid Recovery Solution, Inc. I was a little bit weary about dealing with a "collection agency", but I felt I had no other choice. I gave them around 1.6 mil in outstanding debt to try to collect. The fact is if they failed it may of been the end of our company. To my surprise they collected over 50% of my money inside of 60 days. That additional cash flow is exactly what I needed to keep the boat a float. They also reestablished some of my old clients and they are now paying on C.O.D. That is good to hear. I hate that our economy is doing so bad that regular companies will not pay. I tried a collections company but they didn't get anything for me. Maybe I will try this Rapid Recovery Solution company and see if they do any better.

I also used Rapid Recovery Solution for a small case, $250, They collected it but it took them almost 3 weeks to pay me my portion. Does anybody know if that is normal. I have another piece I want to send to them.
I've used Rapid Recovery Solution many times for accounts that just would not pay. They always get my money and I usually get repeat business from the customers. Thank you very much
FYI...Michael, that is pretty normal. They usually have to wait for checks to clear and if it is a credit card they hold it a little longer because of charge back risks but as long as Rapid Recovery Solution has the money you will get your portion from them eventually.

Rapid Recovery Solution collected every account I sent to them to collect. Their customer service girls are nice to me and I always get my money from them after the people pay them. They are a good trustworthy company.
What does a good experience look like? I've been with them for 2 months and so far no status or information leading to a collection? I called and they said they cannot find my party. They live in the same town? I paid them a fee to find them but still no word? Is this normal?
sds, unfortunately, a lot of accounts will remain unpaid even after you use a collection company like Rapid Recovery Solution. Federal Law dictates what they can and can't do to try to make you, the creditor whole again. It is a shame that we as creditors can get screwed over and these debtors can hide behind BS laws.
If you want to know what is going on, call them and ask for customer service and I am sure they will be more than happy to tell you what, if anything, is going on with your case.
Update: Rapid Recovery Solution is amazing. Not only did they find my debtor, they got him to pay every dime I was owed. Thanks can't express how good you did. I do not have any complaints about Rapid Recovery.
