That is so funny! We have new neighbors too after not hvinag neighbors for 5 years and we don't know how to act either. I dread going out and watering the flowers because I am sure they are looking at me. I try to angle myself to make my butt look smaller. How stupid is that? You could leave a baby monitor outside their window so you can hear what they really think of you.
